National Rent-All Inc. is looking for a Crane Operator who will be responsible for running mobile cranes ranging in capacity from 22 tonne up to 350 tonne. Our fleet includes 20+ tonne boom cranes, an 80 tonne Terex AT crane, and a Grove 350 tonne crane.

Responsibilities :

• Operate fleet of various mobile cranes
• Perform and assist in crane set up
• Review and understand lifting plans, load charts, and rigging requirements
• Load and unload heavy equipment / material
• Work closely with Supervisor and adjust to changes in plans as needed
• Troubleshoot operational issues that may arise during crane use and recommend appropriate decisions to address them
• Track and document activity log, keep detailed daily crane records
• Complete pre-lift inspection review
• Perform general maintenance of the equipment
• Be aware of all weather conditions and surroundings
• Work as part of a team collaborating with others onsite to coordinate crane activities within the overall project
• Prioritize safety and be prepared to adapt to changing conditions and challenges
