Industrial Performance & Risk Analyst (contract)

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Industrial Performance & Risk Analyst to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation efforts across production and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with Program, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to drive cost optimization, enhance operational resilience, and ensure the robustness of our industrial schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and actively mitigate operational risks through structured monthly risk reviews and forward‑looking risk assessments.
• Validate manufacturing and assembly planning assumptions; evaluate and adjust buffer stock policies based on demand variability and capacity constraints.
• Analyze current Industrial Schemes and recommend improvements based on operational performance data and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with Program Management and Logistics teams to develop protection plans for various demand and supply scenarios.
• Lead “What‑If” scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of potential disruptions or changes in demand on production and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Spare PPM teams to manage the planning of spare parts and dual‑use components.
• Own the production cost scope, including annual budget preparation, variance analysis, and the identification of cost‑saving opportunities.
• Promote cost optimization across operations; propose changes to the Industrial Scheme with clear cost impact analysis.

Qualifications

Proven experience in risk management, performance analysis, and cost control within a production context.

Preferred Experience

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $62.29 / hour - $97.32 / hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
