Crew Chief for Interior and Exterior Painting
Position Overview : We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals for a summer painting position.
No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
This role is perfect for someone looking to learn a new skill and earn summer income.
Expectations :
The best employees will be given operation management roles(That includes : more money and responsibility)
Responsibilities :
- Managing other painters
- interacting with clients
- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting.
- Apply paint to interiors and exteriors under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements :
- Problem solving skills
- Motivated people
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Painting Experience Required
Schedule :
- 40-50 hours a week
- Monday-Friday (with the option to work weekends if interested)
