Salary range : $80,000-$95,000
About you
To be considered, you will need
- 1+ years of experience in the legal field
- To be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Creativity to analyze, address and handle complex legal issues
- Ability to draft and provide clear and concise legal opinions and arguments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a consistent track record of high-quality work
- A proactive approach and a commitment to client service and professionalism
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset but not required
About the role
If successful, you will :
- Negotiate, draft, review, and manage corporate and commercial contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, and franchise agreements
- Handle corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, and private placements
- Foster a collaborative and collegial team environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
