A local General Contractor is hiring a Project Coordinator to support commercial and multi residential projects across Greater Victoria. This role offers strong mentorship, steady project flow and long term growth.

Responsibilities include document control, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, subcontract buyout support, purchase orders, schedules, QA/QC tracking, and close out documentation.

1 to 3 years of construction coordination or site experience preferred.

Salary $70,000 to $90,000 plus benefits.
