Project Coordinator Victoria, BC
A local developer builder and construction management firm is hiring a Project Coordinator to support commercial and multi residential projects across Greater Victoria. This role offers steady project flow, mentorship and long term growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage document control, RFIs, shop drawings and meeting minutes
- Support subcontract buyout, purchase orders and change order preparation
- Assist with project reporting, schedules, QA and QC tracking
- Maintain as built drawings, complete material take offs and support two week look aheads
- Help with punch lists, productivity tracking and close out documentation
Qualifications
Technical construction education such as BCIT or equivalentOne to three years of coordination or site support experienceStrong communication, organization and attention to detailProficient with MS Project, Excel and WordCompensation
