Job Title : Brake Actuation Design and Release Engineer
Location : Windsor, Ontario
Hybrid Role. Occasional trips to the U.S. required for meetings.
Brake Actuation Design and Release Engineer role in Windsor, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for leading the design and development of brake actuation systems such as the booster, master cylinder, electric vacuum pump, vacuum hoses and e-boost systems.
- You will coordinate the program timing and design guidelines with suppliers and will work with the packaging of brake actuation designs in the vehicle environment.
- You will be responsible for finding the root cause of quality and build issues and then implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications :
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the design and development of brake actuation related components.
- Basic knowledge of brake actuation related components.
- Must be familiar with DFMEA and DVPR usage and the review of these documents.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient at program planning and management.
