Associate should be a strong in Mainframe development with 6 to 8 years of experience.Associate should have experience in JCL, COBOL, VSAM and DB2.Associate should have good knowledge in the Unix scripting.Good knowledge in Agile.Good Knowledge in Card Domain (Issuing end)Good knowledge in billing and posting team.Aware of end-to-end Card lifecycle.Good knowledge in Cards DomainManaging the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deploymentProviding technical solutions, performing code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring the quality of deliverablesDiagnosing and resolving technical issues related to mainframe applicationsCollaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and designing technical solutionsKeeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutionsIdentifying opportunities to improve the software development process and team productivityCreating and maintaining technical documentation, including functional and technical specificationsWorking with other teams, such as business analysts and QA, to deliver successful projectsIdentifying and mitigating technical risksProviding guidance and support to other team membersConducting code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practicesOptimizing mainframe systems for performance and efficiencyProviding support for testing efforts, including defect resolutionParticipating in release management activitiesUnderstanding the business needs and how mainframe applications support those needsSeniority level
