Cross-Border Long-Haul Class 1/AZ Driver

• Running open-board, Canada / U.S. long-haul
• Southbound freight could depart from any of our Bison locations into any of the lower 48 states
• Northbound freight could go into any of the Canadian Provinces and Territories
• On the road 7 to 14 days at a time. Resets on the road as required
• Assigned unit requires 24 days on the road per month and averaging 12,000 miles per month (regional freight will be required)
• Flexible schedule requiring weekend departures

Candidate Profile :

• Company Driver with tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Class 1 / AZ License is required
• Must be U.S. qualified
• Must be eligible for a FAST card
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, Driver assist is required on occasion
• Able to drive in B.C. including Highway 1 and Highway 3, 12 months a year
• Must be able to haul all commodities
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
