This Role
The IT Service Desk Support role is a critical addition to our TIO team, designed to stabilize and enhance our internal systems support environment. You will act as the first line of support for application support, resolving issues quickly, guiding users through troubleshooting, and maintaining system and applications integrity. This role directly supports business continuity, while enabling strategic focus for our internal employees.
This role reports to the Vice‑President, Innovation and Technology.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Full‑time, permanent, hybrid.
Salary Range
$55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus bonus.
