Hybrid - Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Description

Our client is looking for a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to add to their team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end movement of parts, test units, and finished hardware while building strong supplier partnerships and establishing scalable processes that support continued growth. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics activities, mentoring a small, high-performing team, and driving cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in semiconductor logistics, a solution-oriented mindset, and a track-record of building systems and processes from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the processes that will make a meaningful impact on a growing global operation.

Hybrid - Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global logistics strategies and daily operations
• Develop and implement scalable processes across shipping, warehousing, and delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics vendors in the APAC region
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and streamline international shipping
• Leverage data to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and increase efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align logistics with broader business needs
• Continuously improve and scale logistics to support growth in a fast-growing environment
