Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with focus on Lateral full-time hiring
- Sourcing through Digital channels and talent pipelining for volume skills
- Focus on continuous improvement of Candidate experience’
- Improve HCL’s positioning among the target talent segments as Employer of choice
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience IT Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years hiring for full-time roles across applications and digital skills.
- Strong talent sourcing skills through job boards, and social networks
- Knowledge of digital and application technologies / IT Skill landscape
- Good communication skills
- A passion for finding, assessing and recruiting the best talent, with deep expertise in understanding local talent markets and translating this insight into appropriate and effective talent sourcing strategies and methods
