The Toronto Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP seeks a highly-motivated associate to join our Intellectual Property Litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have the following professional qualifications:

• Between 2-4 years of post-call experience;
• Excellent academic and professional credentials;
• Demonstrated experience in patent litigation;
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.

The successful applicant will be part of an expert IP litigation team providing sophisticated legal advice to leading-edge innovators and top companies in diverse sectors, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, internet, petrochemical/energy and telecommunications.
