Role Summary : The Creative Director would be responsible for overseeing Humaniti’s creative content development for social media, ensuring alignment with overall marketing / social / PR strategy and business objectives.

This individual would manage the junior social team members, overseeing the creation and execution of content, and support overall strategy and platform growth and knowledge, driving Humaniti's social engagement, and awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s broader marketing and business goals.

This includes organic and paid social media efforts.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media professionals, including social media managers, content creators, and community managers.

Provide direction, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets its objectives.

Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms (e.

g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok). Ensure campaigns are on-brand, effective, and aligned with company goals.

Brand Voice & Messaging : Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.

Work closely with the content and creative teams to maintain brand integrity.

  • Budget Management : Manage the social media budget, including advertising spend, tools, and resources. Ensure efficient use of funds to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Crisis Management : Understand social media crisis management protocols. Ensure quick, effective responses to negative publicity or responses to protect the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
