Please note that this is a full-time on-site position in Mississauga, ON.

Salary : From $50K + Benefits (after 90 days of probation period).

Schedule : Monday to Friday.

What your typical day at work will be like :

• Creative Design : Develop original and innovative designs for various projects, including signs, vehicle wraps, printed materials, and more.
• Versatility : Adapt to different design styles and project requirements, ensuring a high level of creativity and quality in every project.
• Collaboration : Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
• Concept Development : Generate creative concepts and ideas that push the boundaries of traditional design, keeping our company at the forefront of the industry.
• Technical Skills : Utilize design software and tools to create detailed and accurate designs, ensuring they are ready for production.
• Quality Assurance : Review and refine designs to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and align with client expectations.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance your skills and the quality of your work.

• Experience : Proven experience as a Designer in a creative industry, with a diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and projects.
• Skills : Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Creativity : Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate unique and compelling designs.
• Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
