Job Summary :
- Oversee beautiful bathroom remodels for residents in Calgary and the surrounding area.
- Handle repairs, installation and general construction.
- Generate quotes and perform outlined work.
- Remain in constant contact with clients and fellow contractors.
Job Requirements
- General competence in at least three (3) of these capacities :
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Bathroom (and kitchen) remodels
- Painting
- Small plumbing and electrical
- Flooring
- Overall residential maintenance
- Know building codes and materials management
- Possess Driver's license & insurance
- Possess tools, vehicle & references
- Undergo personal screening & background check
- Have smart phone and Internet access
- Customer Service attitude
