Note : The consultant will be using aHybrid work arrangement comprising of up to 3 days a week onsiteavailability to the Guelph office location or any GTA officelocations as directed / required by the client (LRCI&IT).
MustHaves :
- Advanced knowledgeof theory and principles of systems design configurationintegration and development IT security programming concepts andlanguages and related methods techniques practices andstandards
- Strong knowledge of SOA andmicroservice design web services and related standards (REST JSONSOAP)
- Experience developing web mappingapplications including mobile solutions and responsive designs(JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS ArcGIS APIs / SDKs)
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols(OAuth 2 SAML)
Description
We arelooking for a mobile Developer (Senior level) to design and developa native application (OASIS Remote Field Data Capture) operating inonline and offline modes targeting mobile smartphones using ArcGISfield applications COTS.
The developer will also require ArcGISEnterprise integration skills and experience to ensure endtoenddevelopment of the ArcGIS application and integration with theArcGIS Enterprise.

Mandatory TechnicalSkills and Experience (60%)
- Expertise with Esri ArcGIS products : ArcGIS Online ArcGISEnterprise (Portal Server Data Store) ArcGIS Pro
- Experience with ArcGIS field collection tools ideallyArcGIS Field Maps
- Strong knowledge of SOA andmicroservice design web services and related standards (REST JSONSOAP)
- Experience developing web mappingapplications including mobile solutions and responsive designs(JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 CSS ArcGIS APIs / SDKs)
- Experience with systems integration web services webhooksetc.
- Experience in SDLC Digital and Agilemethodologies source control DevOps CI / CD and related tools (AzureDevOps Git)
