Immediate need for shipper / receiver / electronic tester seeking

Pay Rate : $23-$27

Type : Temporary covering someone on mat leave

Start Date : ASAP

Shift Time : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Key Responsibilities

1.The role now includes electronics testing and basic PCB inspection responsibilities. This isn't’t deep engineering work, but candidates should have a baseline familiarity to :

2. Visually inspect PCBs for damage or defects

3. Perform basic functional or continuity checks where applicable

4. Ensure received goods match purchase orders and are in acceptable condition

5. Prepare, package, and ship medical imaging devices and parts to customers and service providers

6. Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries, ensuring they match purchase orders

7. Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system

8. Organize and manage warehouse space, including labeling, storage, and stock rotation

9. Coordinate with logistics providers and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery

10. Ensure shipments meet handling, labeling, and regulatory requirements

11. Support production by retrieving parts and restocking inventory as needed

12. Work with engineering and customer service teams on RMAs and service exchanges

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory-related roles

2. Experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, electronics, or manufacturing preferred)

3. Familiarity with freight carriers, packaging standards, and shipping documentation

4. Comfortable using ERP systems, inventory tools, and shipping platforms

5. Physically able to lift and handle boxes and equipment

6. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Nice to Have

1. Experience with international shipping and customs processes

2. Basic knowledge of ISO 13485 or medical device documentation practices
