Our client, a well-established and reputable travel agency, is looking to add a Leisure Travel Agent to their in-office team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, crafting memorable vacations, and being part of a collaborative office environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and booking leisure travel including cruises, tours, FIT, and packaged vacations
• Providing exceptional end-to-end client service, from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up
• Handling bookings, changes, exchanges, and client documentation accurately and efficiently
• Building strong, long‑term relationships with repeat and referral clients
• Working closely with suppliers and internal team members to deliver seamless travel experiences

What we’re looking for:

• TICO certification (required)
• Previous experience as a leisure travel agent
• Amadeus GDS experience is a strong asset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office setting
• Passion for travel and helping clients create meaningful trips
