Data Entry Clerk

Our Data Entry Clerks input repair orders invoices into the computer, answering vendor calls, and issuing purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Enter repair order invoices into the breakdown screens and assign purchase orders to them.
• Answer vendor calls and close out open or pending breakdowns.
• Monitor facsimile machines and distribute documents.
• Perform an average of 120 entries per day in a period of one work week.
