We provide conceptual, preliminary, detailed design, commissioning and construction administration services, as well as full networking, programming, information technology, and SCADA System solutions.
Our team works with our clients throughout the project lifecycle and provides ongoing support post system start-up.
Job Overview :
We are currently looking for an individual that is interested in a full time Team Leader role for a System Integration (SI) team.
The successful applicant will have five or more years’ experience in the field of System Integration in a managerial role and will be responsible for managing a team of up to five or more SIs.
This role is based in our Guelph, Ontario office and is thus responsible for managing the team and clients supported through this branch.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management
- Invoicing
- Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing Projects
- Business Development
- Proposal development
- Managing and developing client relations
- Mentoring and Coaching of Team Member Technical Skills as well as Soft Skills including Time Management and Communication
- Technical Lead
- PAC / PLC / RPU / RTU / DCS programing for various manufacturer platforms such as : GE, Emerson, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, ControlWave
- SCADA / HMI programming for various manufacturers : GE Proficy, iFix, GE Cimplicity, Wonderware InTouch and Industrial Application Server, Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell FactoryTalk and RS View, Inductive Automation
- Developing Process Control Narrative and I / O Lists
- Developing contract documents
- Overseeing contract administration
- Developing Control Schematics, Single Line Diagrams, and Panel Drawings
- PLC &SCADA programming
- Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
- Site start up and commissioning
- Training
- Troubleshooting and support
Profile :
- Highly motivated, self-starter, preferably with five or more years of management experience in the field of System Integration and SCADA development / programming.
- Educational background in Control Systems, Engineering / Technology, Electrical Engineering or Computer Programming is required.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to complete assigned work as directed in a timely fashion, and work independently while functioning well within Eramosa’s strong team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
