Mission et responsabilites :

Le Chef de Produit Sport Indoor soutiendra le Directeur du Marketing Produit dans l'execution des strategies de produits et des initiatives marketing pour les revetements sportifs interieurs sur le marche nord-americain.

Ce poste est concu pour une personne motivee, desireuse de developper ses competences en gestion de produits et marketing, travaillant en etroite collaboration avec des equipes transversales pour contribuer au developpement et au succes des produits sur le marche.

Responsabilites principales :

Soutien a la strategie produit :

  • Contribuer a l'elaboration et a la mise en uvre de strategies produits alignees sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et repondant aux besoins specifiques du marche nord-americain.
  • Realiser des etudes de marche pour collecter des informations sur les besoins clients, les tendances de marche et l'environnement concurrentiel, enrichissant ainsi les feuilles de route produits.

Analyse de marche et veille concurrentielle :

  • Collecter et analyser des donnees sur les tendances de marche et les offres concurrentielles, puis presenter les resultats au Directeur Marketing Produit pour guider le positionnement et la strategie produit.
  • Mener une veille concurrentielle active afin de renforcer la presence de Tarkett Sports Indoor sur le marche nord-americain.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle :

  • Travailler en collaboration avec les equipes techniques, commerciales et marketing pour favoriser le developpement et l'innovation produit.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les differents departements pour garantir l'alignement sur les specifications produits et le respect des delais.

Support aux lancements de produits :

  • Participer a la planification et a l'execution des lancements de produits, en preparant les supports marketing et en coordonnant les activites de lancement.
  • Contribuer a la gestion du cycle de vie des produits en fournissant des retours et des analyses du marche au Directeur Marketing Produit.

Deploiement de la strategie marketing :

  • Soutenir la mise en uvre de strategies marketing completes adaptees au marche nord-americain, incluant les campagnes locales et les actions promotionnelles.
  • Travailler avec les equipes de vente pour developper des arguments de vente differenciants et des specifications produit en phase avec les attentes clients.

Engagement des parties prenantes et des clients :

  • Developper et renforcer les relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour faciliter la collaboration et garantir le succes des lancements de produits.
  • Preparer des presentations et des rapports pour les parties prenantes cles afin de mettre en avant la performance des produits et les opportunites de marche.
  • Voyager au besoin pour visiter les sites de projets, rencontrer les clients et recueillir des retours d'experience directs sur les produits afin d'orienter les futurs developpements produits.
  • Representer l'entreprise lors d'evenements sectoriels et de reunions clients pour accroitre la visibilite des produits.

Key responsibilities :

Product strategy support :

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies that align with company objectives and meet the specific needs of the North American market.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support product roadmaps.

Market insights and competitive intelligence :

  • Collect and analyze data on market trends and competitor offerings, presenting findings to the Product Marketing Director to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Participate in competitive intelligence efforts to help strengthen Tarkett Sports Indoor's market presence in North America.

Cross-functional collaboration :

  • Collaborate with Technical, Sales and Marketing teams to support product development and innovation.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment on product specifications and timelines.

Support global product launches :

  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including preparation of marketing materials and coordination of launch activities.
  • Help manage the life cycle of products by providing insights and feedback from the market to the Product Marketing Director.

Marketing strategy implementation :

  • Support the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American market, including local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Engage with sales teams to develop unique selling points and product specifications that resonate with customers.

Stakeholders and customers engagement :

  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and successful product launches.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for key stakeholders to showcase product performance and market opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to attend project sites, meet customers, and gather firsthand feedback on products to inform future product development efforts.
  • Participate in industry events and customer meetings to represent the company and enhance product visibility.

Training :

Support the team for employee and customer training and education.

Profile

  • Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiasm for indoor sports and a keen interest in product management and marketing.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for field presence and customer engagement.
  • You are thorough and enjoy working with standardized process in technical and international environment.
