Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Ocean Imports department with a variety of tasks that include (but not limited to) :
- Obtaining and entering shipment information into web platforms
- Open files, prepare pre-bill and update shipment files in CargoWise software
- Issue documents, pre-notifications and shipment instructions to customers and carriers
- Maintain relationships with all involved
- Track and trace of shipments, respond to inquiries
Qualifications
- Diploma / Certifications in related Logistics / Transport programs
- 1 year of similar experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Bilingualism, French and English (very important)
