Account Associate, Insurance

The Account Associate is responsible for supporting and servicing an assigned book of business within our Construction Industry Group. This role ensures the highest standards of client service, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Account Manager and Account Director on a book of business (inclusive of annual, international and project placements).
• Ensures all communication and documentation is filed correctly in the appropriate systems and in line with our standard operating procedures.
• Is responsible for generating invoices and keeping track of account receivables on a periodic basis set out by the account team.
• Is responsible for receiving and executing on client requests for certificates of insurance in a timely manner, in line with our standard operating procedures.
• Is responsible for the preparation of any documentation needed within the day‑to‑day activities of a book of business (submissions to market, renewal information collection, quotation reports, management reports, mid‑term changes etc.).

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• RIBO Level 1 License or working towards.
• Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
