Journeyman Industrial Instrumentation Technician

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd  is currently seeking an experienced  Journeyman IndustrialInstrumentation Technician for projectswith our  Drumheller branch.

Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas construction and maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time industrial projects with well-established and reputable clients.

Requirements :

Journeyman Instrumentation certificate with Red Seal

Must have previous troubleshooting, calibration, valve rebuilding and general instrumentation maintenance experience working within Industrial Oil & Gas or Petro-chemical facilities

At least 2 years of instrumentation experience on industrial maintenance projects

Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive & Fall Protection, Standard First Aid – Level A or C with CPR / AED, and CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certificates

Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record

Excellent communication and organizational skills isrequired

Able to independently manage one’s own time and workload

Must have general computer skills and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, & Adobe
