About This Role

As a Product Manager at OneVest, you will be the driving force behind innovation, overseeing the development and enhancement of key platform features.

You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet client needs while aligning with company goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class financial technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing :

Product Strategy and Roadmap : Own the product strategy, defining a clear roadmap and prioritizing features based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.

Collaborate closely with leadership to refine strategic direction.

Customer-Centric Development : Lead efforts to deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the challenges they face.

Utilize this insight to inform feature development and ensure our platform delivers exceptional value to clients.

Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, portfolio management, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective solutions.

Drive alignment across teams to execute the product vision.

  • Industry Knowledge & Innovation : Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in wealth management and financial technology to keep our offerings at the forefront of the industry.
  • Product Launch and Go-to-Market Support : Partner with sales and marketing to craft compelling product positioning, promotional strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Ensure all stakeholders are aligned for successful product launches.

Internal and External Communication : Lead the launch of new features by effectively communicating product updates and benefits to internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, customer success, etc.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data analytics and performance monitoring to identify areas of improvement, optimize features, and drive growth.

Continuously assess product performance and implement enhancements.

Project Execution : Lead product development projects from inception through to delivery, maintaining a well-organized ticket backlog, integrating with agile sprints, and ensuring smooth execution.

Must Haves :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a preference for experience in financial services or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management or fintech products.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
  • Proven experience leading product strategy and executing successful product launches in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
  • A passion for building innovative, customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, startup environment.
