Condominium Property Manager (Toronto)

Job Responsibilities
The Property Manager ensures properties are maintained and operated according to company standards, and facilitates solutions to community and support staff issues within established policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards
- Maintain high standards of conduct
- Provide management and leadership within assigned regions
- Collaborate with Regional Director on goals
- Ensure company and client goals are met
- Manage teams across properties, ensuring process excellence
- Oversee process improvement and quality control
- Lead issue resolution and provide direction
- Maintain positive relationships with Boards and departments
- Conduct regular site inspections and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations, and train staff accordingly
Education & Experience
- General License in good standing
- RCM or recognized property management designation
- Minimum 5 years experience in condominium management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Experience in financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting
- Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, or property operations is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
- Knowledge of Condominium Act and community operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret technical and regulatory documents
- Knowledge of building mechanical systems is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Availability for emergency and after-hours calls
Travel
Travel to head office is required.
