Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Land Development to lead complex civil and municipal infrastructure projects across Southwestern Ontario. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong technical expertise, project management capability, and a passion for delivering high-quality land development and municipal engineering solutions. You will oversee projects from concept through construction, manage multidisciplinary teams, support business development initiatives, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Pay Rate : $120k-$150k / year.

Job type : Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities :

Lead civil design projects, including sewers, watermains, stormwater, earthworks, and roadworks

Direct project teams, manage timelines, budgets, scope, and financial performance

Oversee quality assurance and compliance with firm standards

Coordinate construction and contract administration activities

Maintain strong client, contractor, and regulatory relationships

Develop project scopes, budgets, proposals, and secure contracts

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Mentor and coach team members, support hiring, onboarding, and professional development

Ensure timely project closeouts and financial tracking Requirements :

Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

Civil Engineering degree or diploma

P.Eng., C.E.T., or LET designation in Ontario

8+ years of progressive experience in consulting engineering or a municipal environment (Ontario preferred)

Strong knowledge of land development, Site Plan approvals, and municipal engineering standards

Proven experience in sewer, roadway, stormwater, and site servicing design

Demonstrated project management expertise across scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating sub-consultants, and managing clients

Business development experience including proposals and client relationship management

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
