California Pizza Kitchen Canada is seeking a talented Pizza Chef to join our team! As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that exceed our customers' expectations.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so it is essential that you are able to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality pizza dough and toppings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Ensuring that all pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed on time.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Managing inventory to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are adequately stocked.
• Continuously monitoring food quality to ensure that all pizzas meet our high standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pizza chef or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment.
