The Maximo Administrator provides technical administration and support for corporate software applications to ensure optimal performance in a secure manner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical administration of IBM Maximo and other applications
- Conduct research and assist Manager with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of solutions
- Create and maintain thorough documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures and modifications of applicable corporate applications
- Assist the Application Development team by performing applications testing and application deployments
- Manage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production application environments
- Manage incident queue for business solutions team to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide Content Management support for the internal and external corporate websites
- Publish website analytics to key company stakeholders
- Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies
Qualifications
System administration including configuration, security, procedures and best practicesIBM Maximo Mobile App administration including configuration, security, and deploymentSolid Knowledge of CMMS workflows and Data StandardsDesigning and configuring process workflows incorporating, alerts, actions and approvalsImplementing custom modifications and configurations into production environmentsConfiguring and maintaining automated data feeds from and to external systems using IBM Maximo APisCollaborate and act as Subject Matter Expert on Maximo application development, administration, and support using best practices.Establish and deliver Maximo training modules from Train-the-Trainer through PM to user-level.Interface with Implementation Provider of system upgrades to ensure currency of application version.Develop ad-hoc and standard system reports / deliverables for specific and non-specific data pulls as well as application development as required.New development and maintenance of Users and Security Groups, Workflow Management and KPis.Setting log levels, and log analyzing.Participate in Configuration Control activities and work with managers to coordinate new system requirements and / or configuration changes.Work closely with database team to ensure system operates optimally.Work with users to resolve Maximo application issues.Object based database conceptsApplication administration concepts and proceduresApplication security best practicesActive Directory security managementInternet / Cloud technology conceptsNice to have
