What will your typical day look like?

You will work and engage with Partners across the firm. Engaging in conversations and advising them on WIP and WCM. You will have the opportunity to communicate crucial information and create reports.

About the team

You will be part of the broader Finance team specializing in the Billing team. This is a fast-paced team where you will have the opportunity to work with senior level stakeholders and Partners.

You are someone who has :

  • Strong communication skills both orally and written
  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial role
  • Ability to drive and influence stakeholders
  • Intermediate Excel skills with a proficiency to analyze data
  • Remarkable time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of the Partner dashboard and Engagement Management Dashboard
  • High level understanding of WCM% and make appropriate billing suggestions
  • Prepare for Partner meetings and focus on aged WIP

    The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
