Career Opportunity

CSN, A proud member of Drive Autogroup, is currently seeking a Body / Collision Shop Manager who takes pride in motivating and leading a team to achievement. This individual will be reporting to Collision Operations Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of performance and quality of work within the Body Shop Department
• Responsible for ensuring profitability of the Body Shop department
• Ongoing collaboration with other department leaders
• Planning and executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with process and procedures
• Maintain accurate repair order flow to satisfy shop and customer requirements
• Supporting and motivating team members, developing a positive work environment
• Assigning and monitoring job tasks and providing overall support to technicians, and other shop employees.
• Manage and schedule the current capacity of repair, maintenance, refurbishment bays, service equipment, and tools for optimal use
• Work to improve efficiencies and drive sales
• Demonstrate a commitment delivering unparalleled service to customers
