POSITION SUMMARY :

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Analyst is responsible to coordinate and perform daily cycle counts, monitor and report inventory accuracy, record and maintain pallet inventories and ensure corrugated boxes are ordered in the right quantities at the right time.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES :

Daily Inventory Cycle Counts

• Perform daily cycle counts and problem investigation as needed.
• Monitor and report inventory variance issues, document all inventory discrepancies and adjust records.
• Obtain the required approval and process adjustments in the system.
• Report inventory accuracy for the daily meeting.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Educational Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalent is required. College degree an asset.

Minimum Experience / Field : Minimum 5 years in manufacturing production control experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Licenses / Permits Required : N / A

Communication Skills : Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements : Incumbent must spend considerable time on shop floor – exposed to noisy environment.
