We are looking for a Collections Specialist! This is for a contract position of indefinite duration, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, tracking payments, conducting credit investigations, and handling various administrative tasks related to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Follow up on unpaid balances
- Open new customer accounts
- Conduct credit checks
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter received payments into the system
- Issue credits to customers upon approval
- Send monthly statements to customers
- Answer customer inquiries about their accounts
- Perform various administrative tasks
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Fully bilingual in French and English
Experience in accounts receivable management
Knowledge of an ERP software (an asset)
