Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs across design, development, and infrastructure domains
- Partner with banking and payments clients to align technology delivery with finance, risk, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and control functions to ensure consistent, compliant delivery outcomes
- Manage program governance, financials, risks, issues, and regulatory dependencies with transparency and rigour
- Support continuous improvement across delivery practices, tooling, and risk-aware ways of working
Qualifications
Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs within banking and / or payments environmentsWorking knowledge of finance, risk, and compliance considerations within regulated financial services organisationsStrong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, and modern development practicesExperience operating in consulting or complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environmentsClear, inclusive communication skills with the ability to engage technical, business, and control stakeholdersBonus Points
Experience delivering programs involving regulatory change, risk remediation, or control upliftFamiliarity with cloud transformation, platform modernisation, or core banking initiativesExposure to enterprise risk frameworks or regulatory reporting environmentsExperience working in hybrid delivery models across onshore and offshore teamsRelevant program, project management, or risk-related certificationsBenefits
