We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our Civil Sector , working out of our Kitchener or London offices.
The Project Administrator provides in-system project support, including invoicing and collections support to numerous Project Managers within the Civil Sector. The Project Administrator collaborates with the Billing Clerks and Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure timely issuance of project invoices and collection of invoices. Project Administrators also provide administrative support to certain Dynamics functions such as opportunity and project openings, scope changes, and general project maintenance in system.
