On behalf of our client, Drake International is searching for a Construction Project Manager for a leading Construction Management company with an office in Kelowna and projects throughout British Columbia.
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong estimating experience you will be responsible for the preparation of cost estimates and tender package submissions to acquire new construction projects and then fully manage the project. ACCOUNTABILITY
- Prepare accurate costs estimates and tender packages
- Ensuring projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations.
- Managing multiple projects in different developmental stages.
- Negotiating and ensuring accountability of all involved parties as per contracted services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5+ years previous experience working on residential Multi-family, or commercial projects.
- Construction knowledge overall understanding of construction processes, sequencing and planning concepts
- Ability to effectively manage new client development, client issues, complaints and inquiries while providing excellent service to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
