Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone calls, or social media messages.
- Provide information about products / services, answer FAQs, and guide customers through basic processes (e.g., order status, troubleshooting simple issues).
- Handle customer concerns politely, escalate complex problems when needed, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform light administrative tasks like data entry, updating customer records, scheduling follow-ups, or logging interactions in CRM tools (training provided).
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications to build positive relationships.
Requirements (No Experience Needed) :
Strong written and spoken English (clear communication is key).Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and eagerness to learn.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.Availability for flexible hours (some roles may include shifts covering different time zones).Preferred (But Not Required) :
