Qualifications

and Skills :

• Child and Youth Worker Diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years related leadership experience.
• Experience in a residential / secure treatment will be considered a significant asset.
• Current Standard First Aid / CPR Level C Certificate.
• Knowledge and working experience with Evidence Based Practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Screening) and Pre-Employment Med i cal.
• Candidates Bilingual in English and French will be given special consideration.
