We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us in a dual role as Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
Working directly with our executive team, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support and manage office operations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned by the executive team.
Assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office manager role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
