Executive Assistant
Excel Personal is actively recruiting a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to play a key role in overseeing communications, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless operations for our executive client in Prince George, BC.

Responsibilities :
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
- Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
- Keeping the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
- Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Planning and organizing events that take place externally, such as fundraisers, sporting tournaments, and appreciation events
- Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years in an Executive Assistant role or equivalent experience reporting directly to upper management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic office equipment skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capable of performing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Quick learner and comfortable mastering all required systems and programs.
- Flexibility and comfort with non-routine assignments and tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional errands.
Compensation :
- Negotiated based on experience, starting from $60,000 to $65,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday schedule with a 37.5 to 40-hour work week.
- Enjoy 3 weeks of vacation in your first year, extended medical and dental benefits, and employer-paid pension and RRSP plans.
- A standard 3-month probation period to ensure the right fit for you.
