• Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional medical care.
• Develop and implement medical protocols and best practices.
• Oversee surgical and medical cases to ensure positive outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the hospital manager on operational strategies and growth initiatives.
• Participate in community events and foster strong client relationships.
• Provide hands‑on veterinary care, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.
