Building Representative Live Where You Work — Create a Community Residents Love to Call Home

We are seeking a hands‑on, service‑driven Building Representative to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our residential community. As a live‑in team member, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Salary : $31,000 - $37,000 per year plus an apartment as a taxable benefit

What you’ll get to do :

• Act as the primary contact for residents—addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally.
• Support leasing by handling inquiries, showing suites, processing applications, and coordinating move‑ins / outs.
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections; perform light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial).
• Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure all building systems are running smoothly.
• Maintain safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and support seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, gardening).
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed.
