Human Resource Administrator

itec group is seeking a self-directed Human Resources Administrator for a full-time opportunity with a leading client in St.

Catherines, ON . Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of human resources from an administrative level, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefit administration.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of related HR experience within a fast paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

The Human Resource Administrator job responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
• Developing hiring / manpower forecast with functional managers
• Maintaining HRIS system
• Benefits administration
• Supporting with various HR projects

Qualifications :

• Post-Secondary education with post-graduate certificate in Human Resources
• 2 years of human resources experience within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and overall strong communication skills
• CHRP designation considered an asset
