Randstad Canada is looking for someone to fill a full-time contract role (with a possibility of being taken on permanently)
As a Bilingual (English / French) Customer Experience Specialist you will report into the Customer Experience Manager and assist in day to day operations, managing customer interactions, troubleshooting with customers, and improving system performance.
Success in this role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage technical support and data-related tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems in both English and French
- Provide first-level CRM and platform troubleshooting, coordinating with the technical team for advanced issues.
- Prioritize and respond to customer emails promptly, keeping clear and organized records.
- Work with the customer service team to enhance efficiency and support smooth operations
Qualifications
- At least 1 (one) year experience in a call centre customer service role
- Bilingual in English and French is a MUST
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail, especially in data and communications
- Basic technical troubleshooting (CRM experience a plus)
- Problem-solving abilities and team collaboration
- Must reside in Ontario
