Job Description
The Finance department at CAMH is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Financial Planning Analyst. Reporting to the Manager Finance Clinical Program, the Senior Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of financial accountabilities and financial services across CAMH portfolios.
The successful candidate will also provide financial support for designated portfolios. The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial reporting and analysis across CAMH and have the opportunity to support business case development for designated areas and / or projects.
The successful candidate will provide assistance in financial reporting & analysis, budgeting / forecasting, identification of risks and opportunities, and provide strategic and value-add business advice to address financial challenges / opportunities.
The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will build effective, collaborative relationships and work strategically with the Corporate Finance Manager and the Financial Planning Director as well as the Vice Presidents for their designated portfolios.

Minimum Requirements
- University degree in a related field of study
- Canadian professional CPA designation or equivalent
- 5 years of related working experience is required
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical, problem recognition and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to apply critical thinking, and reporting of findings that are relevant and value-add
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external departments are required.
- Experience with presenting to Senior Executives is an asset
- Self-starter who has the ability to work both independently through self-directed learning / working with minimal supervision, as well as, collaboratively and through teamwork
- Demonstrates the ability and interest in working with a diverse team in an environment that values diversity and equity
- Bilingualism (French / English) or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
Please Note : This full-time, permanent position is NOT part of any bargaining unit.
