La connaissance des aspects juridiques des questions environnementales est fondamentale. LL.M. ou un doctorat en droit, ou l'equivalent, ou une expérience en droit de l'environnement.
Un niveau d'éducation d'expérience jugé equivalent pourrait suppléer aux exigences d'educatlon et / ou d'expérience requises. An acceptable level of
education / experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and / or demonstrated experience.
