Base pay range
CA$50,000.00 / yr - CA$60,000.00 / yr
Join a dynamic local construction company in Ottawa's East end as a full-time Project Coordinator ! Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support their carpentry and framing construction team. This permanent role offers a great opportunity to grow with an established company.
Required skills and qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry (or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction industry practices and terminology
- Mandatory team experience with a collaborative mindset
- Admin and project support experience required
- Ability to read and understand floor plans and construction documents
- Adaptable team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle direct communication, and take on diverse tasks
- Growth-oriented with a willingness to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and receive constructive feedback
- Relevant education or certifications (CET, PM, Architecture) considered an asset
- Reliable vehicle required for commuting to office, as public transportation is not readily available
Duties may include but are not limited to :
Benefits and Perks :
Salary : 50,000 to $60,000 per year depending on experience
Work schedule : Monday to Friday – 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm
