About Us

Kilborn Dental Centre is a friendly, patient-focused dental clinic in Ottawa dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're growing our team and looking for a motivated, personable individual to join us in a front desk administration role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
  • Schedule appointments, manage confirmations, and handle patient inquiries by phone and email.
  • Present treatment plans and explain fees, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients.
  • Process billing, insurance submissions, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records using Tracker dental software.
  • Support the clinical team with day-to-day coordination and workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-facing role — dental experience is required.
  • Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, or client services are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable discussing fees and services with confidence and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm, patient manner.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage a busy front desk environment.
  • Quick learner who is comfortable picking up new software and systems.
