Location : North York, ON (Victoria Park and ) – On-site

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : AM – 4 : PM

Winters Technical Staffing, proudly serving Canada for over years, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a winning attitude, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, secure, and manage new client relationships

Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ products and manufacturing processes

Meet with hiring decision-makers to present our full range of services

Prepare professional responses to RFPs

Develop customized PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients

Collaborate with the recruiting team to review candidates submitted for job orders

Qualifications :

5– years of proven sales experience

Post-secondary education (University or College degree)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Provincial Health & Safety policies

Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences

Tenacious, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines

Self-motivated, high-energy, team-oriented, and enthusiastic
